But in the end... this drawing is... really bad.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Digimon... this is Azulongmon (though I changed up the character a bit to fit my style). Kinda gave up half way through this drawing. Doesn't really help that this is a drawing for a coworker. I tried so hard on the lineart and the background, but I realized I just don't have the skills to pull off what it was that I envisioned. SO MANY HOURS. SO MANY.

My god, those chains. I learned how to draw chains, guys. 

My god, those colors. I'm getting a little bit better at colors.

And my god, those clouds. I learned how to draw semi-realistic clouds that TOTALLY don't fit in with the rest of the style...

I guess I will go to sleep upset.... WHY ART YOU SO HARD.
